Change in the Appointment of a Director

We can assist you with any changes in a Director or the particulars of a Director.

We will prepare the necessary statutory forms and minutes, obtain your signature and return to us if necessary and then file the relevant documents at Companies House as required.

Changes can include termination or resignation, appointment, or a change in personal details, of directors. We will also prepare the necessary resignation letters with compensation for loss of office protection.

From 1 October 2009, Directors can now take advantage of using a service address instead of their usual residential address. Companies House will still need details of the usual residential address but this will be maintained on a protected register. The Service address could be the registered office address.

On 1 October 2009, Companies House will treat the existing residential address as the service address. So, if you want to take advantage of the confidentiality of using another address as the service address, then we can help you do this.
