Directors Service Address - Take Advantage

From 1 October 2009, Directors can now take advantage of using a service address instead of their usual residential address.

Companies House will still need details of the usual residential address but this will be maintained on a protected register and will not be made available to the general public.

To take advantage of this confidentiality of the 'home' address, the Service Address could become the same address as the registered office address.

Important

On 1 October 2009, Companies House will treat the existing residential address as the service address. So, if you want to take advantage of the confidentiality of using another address as the service address, then we can help you do this.
