Statutory Books

The Statutory Books are what the Companies Acts require a Company to maintain once it is formed and registered at Companies House. A Company is required to safeguard the Statutory Books and these must normally be kept at the Registered Office. The Statutory Books are also often referred to as the Statutory Records.

The Statutory Records include:

  • Statutory Registers
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association,
  • The Certificate of Incorporation
  • Minute Book.
  • Company Seal
