Using our site to set up your company

Our Company Set Up process involves just a few incredibly easy steps:

• Simply check the name of your proposed company. We will tell you on-line if this is available and whether there will be any problems with it.
• If you are a new customer then become a registered user by going through the simple registration process where you enter your basic contact details.
• If you are a returning customer simply log in.
• Select your preferred pack and any essential extras that you require.
• Click on the buy button and enter your payment details. An electronic invoice will be sent to your registered email address.
• Enter the company set up details, directors, secretary and shareholder(s).
• You will receive an email within a few business hours confirming your newly created company details.
• Any printed documents ordered will follow in the post.
