Nominee Secretary

A Nominee Secretary is a named person or body corporate who acts as a Company's Secretary in strict accordance with the Company's wishes, normally set out in an agreement. The Nominee Secretary does not get involved in the day to day operational running of the Company.

Company Controller can act as a Nominee Company Secretary for you. We have a special purpose company set up specifically to act as "The Nominee Secretary" of your company just for this purpose. Please note that nominee company secretaries do not participate in the day to day operations of the company. The purpose of the Nominee Secretary will be to fulfil the legal requirement to have a Company Secretary.
