Statutory Records

The Statutory Records are what the Companies Acts require a Company to maintain once it is formed and registered at Companies House. A Company is required to safeguard the Statutory Records and these must normally be kept at the Registered Office. The Statutory Records are also often referred to as the Statutory Books.

The Statutory Records include:

  • Statutory Registers
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association,
  • The Certificate of Incorporation
  • Minute Book.
  • Company Seal
